Our company was founded by and continues to be led by engineers. We are problem solvers, product developers and “technology geeks” who are driven to help make products better and processes more efficient. Our technical talent is driven by innovation and solving challenges to help our clients profit and grow.
We have flexible resources ranging from short-term consulting to long-term engineering programs. Our engineering resources are dispersed across the globe, enabling us to provide the talent to solve problems wherever and whenever client needs arise.

Our Approach to Delivery
Productive Resources’ (PR) customers range from small businesses to the Fortune 500 industry leaders. We recognize that companies need different approaches, and depending on your needs, we offer four service delivery models.
Design Ownership
PR assumes complete responsibility for a component or system. The focus is on reducing the total cost of ownership, emphasizing accountability and commitment to deliver optimal solutions.
Managed/Advisor Services
PR assumes full ownership of delivering a service or function within the client’s operation. Leveraging its own intellectual property, PR executes functions based on pre-defined service levels specific to the service in question. PR takes accountability for continuous improvement in outcomes and ongoing optimization.
Project-Based Approach
PR is responsible for defining the cost, effort, and timeline required to complete the specified project deliverables. Shared responsibility is established based on the scope and service level definitions, fostering a collaborative and accountable project environment. While PR contributes to the client’s intellectual property, the IP is owned by the client.
Placement Model
Within the placement model, PR provides the engineering resources and the clients retain project and productivity management responsibilities. PR assumes the management of shared services and takes ownership of delivering specific services or functions within the client’s operation. All intellectual property generated is owned by the client.
