Paid Vacations
All full-time employees are eligible for paid time off after just one month of continuous employment.
Paid Holidays
All full-time employees are eligible for six paid holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Health/Dental Insurance
All direct employees who work 30 hours or more per week are eligible for medical/dental insurance coverage. Productive Resources, Inc. offers this coverage for its full-time employees and their dependents (co-pays will vary). There is a waiting period to activate insurance benefits.
Referral Bonus Plan
Productive Resources, Inc. will pay $150 to an employee that refers a contract person to Productive Resources, Inc. after the new employee has been with the company for 90 days.
Cafeteria 125 Flexible Spending
Employees are eligible to enroll in the Cafeteria 125 Plan which enables them to deduct up to $5,000 per year, tax-free from their paycheck for medical expenses not covered under insurance (deductibles, vision care, co-pays, etc.). Employees may also set aside up to $5,000 per year, tax-free from their paycheck for childcare or dependent care expenses. These expenses may be reimbursed monthly. At the end of the year, unused deductions are nonrefundable.
Short / Long Term Disability
Employees are eligible to enroll in the short-term and long-term disability plans through American United Life Insurance Company. These plans cover 60 percent of your salary up to $5,000 per month.
401(k) Profit Sharing Plan
Productive Resources, Inc. has established a 401(k) retirement plan. This plan enables the employee to receive profit sharing and contribute to a retirement plan.
