The Productive Resources team manages their projects with dedicated Project Managers based on our Quality Management Systems (PROS) policies. From the time we receive a request for proposal to the time we deliver the finished project and close it out, our Project Managers follow stringent procedures utilizing various tools available to them.

The processes and checklists that they use continuously evolve as needed. Continuous improvement is achieved through daily use of the processes and checklists as well as internal and external audits. Customer feedback is also a key element in our drive to exceeding their expectations.
